I can't believe I still keep this thing around.

I'm really unhappy with my job and it's starting to 1) stress me out a LOT, and 2) make me screw up on things I used to do perfectly. This is why I am so unhappy here:

1. My pay is ridiculous. For my level of experience, I am about $10K under the industry average in my market. I've been here over a year and a half and I've NEVER gotten a proper bonus. Meanwhile, people want me to lead projects and turn out a ton of work, but I'm not being paid much better than an intern.

2. I don't like most of the people I work with anymore. I don't work with anyone in my office, all my bosses are in different offices. This gives me absolutely no face time with my bosses. Also, I feel like they expect a lot out of me without giving me a lot to work with.
